Acceptance and Eligibility
By downloading, installing, or using Motorsport Agency, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these Terms where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you.
About the App
Motorsport Agency is a fictional racing management game provided for entertainment. Drivers, teams, sponsors, tracks, events, names, statistics, and situations are fictional unless clearly stated otherwise.
Limited License
ASM Apps grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable App Store rules.
Saves and Hall of Fame Identity
Most game progress is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and local save. Removing the app, clearing its data, or losing the device may permanently erase progress.
Hall of Fame is available only in Realistic mode. Enrollment is required to continue a new Realistic game and may be required for an existing Realistic save when the service is available. Easy mode is not eligible for Hall of Fame.
Hall of Fame uses an automatically created anonymous service identity. It does not require an email address or password and is not a recoverable or transferable cross-device account. Each participating save must use a unique public Hall of Fame name and selected country. The name and country cannot be edited in the app after confirmation. Starting a new save does not remove an earlier Hall of Fame entry.
Public Names and Content
Hall of Fame names, selected countries, scores, and ranks are public to other players. Do not use a real name or include personal information in a Hall of Fame name.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or that impersonates another person or organization. You represent that you have the right to submit your chosen name and grant ASM Apps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, and moderate it solely to operate and protect the Hall of Fame and the app.
We may review, hide, rename, or remove content and may restrict Hall of Fame access to protect users, third-party rights, rankings, or the service. Moderation concerns may be sent to asm.apps.contact@gmail.com.
Scores and Fair Play
Hall of Fame scores are calculated from eligible game results, facilities, and current in-game wealth. We may correct, recalculate, suspend, or remove entries affected by manipulation, automation, exploits, corrupted data, cheating, or material scoring errors. Score rules, ranking methods, and game balance may change in future versions.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- disrupt, damage, probe, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its services;
- interfere with rankings, evade limits or moderation, automate prohibited requests, or submit misleading data;
- copy, extract, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit app content or code except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use the app in a way that harms ASM Apps, other players, or the service.
Optional Rewarded Advertising
The app may offer optional rewarded advertisements delivered through Google Mobile Ads. Before an ad starts, the app identifies the in-game reward and a normal non-ad alternative. You may decline or close an ad, but a reward is applied only after the ad reports that its reward condition was completed.
Rewarded ads are not purchases. In-game money, shares, bonuses, swaps, and other ad-funded benefits have no cash value, are not transferable, and remain subject to the game's normal rules and limits. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may vary by region, consent status, device, network connection, inventory, cooldowns, or technical errors.
We may use signed server-side callbacks, unique transaction and reward identifiers, duplicate checks, and other reasonable controls to validate rewards and prevent abuse. You must not falsify ad completion, replay or alter verification requests, automate ad views, evade limits, or exploit errors to obtain rewards. Invalid or duplicate verification records do not create an entitlement to an additional reward.
Google's handling of advertising information is described in our Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our app-ads.txt identifies Google as an authorized direct seller of the app's advertising inventory.
Ownership and Third-Party Rights
The app, including its design, text, gameplay systems, graphics, logos, code, and other content, is owned by ASM Apps or its licensors unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Motorsport Agency is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any real racing league, team, driver, brand, sponsor, car manufacturer, or organization. Any similarity to real people, teams, companies, events, or locations is coincidental. Third-party trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how local game data, Hall of Fame information, rewarded-ad information, and support communications are handled. By using online features, you acknowledge the processing described in that Policy.
Updates and Availability
We may fix bugs, change balance, add or remove features, moderate Hall of Fame entries, require an app update, or stop supporting all or part of the app. Online features require a compatible device and internet connection and may be interrupted. You are responsible for any network or carrier charges.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability, compatibility with every device or operating-system version, preservation of local progress, or permanent operation of Hall of Fame.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to online features when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, security risk, legal requirement, or threat to the service or other players. You may stop using the app at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, public-content licenses, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will survive.
No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASM Apps disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from the app, including loss of game progress, rankings, ad availability, rewards, access, or service availability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
App Store Terms
Your download and use of the app are also subject to the applicable rules and terms of Apple's App Store or another platform through which you obtain the app. The platform provider is not responsible for operating Hall of Fame or providing support for the app except as required by its own terms or applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the app, service, or legal requirements change. Revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date, and additional notice will be provided where required. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
